Shop Policies

Shipping Policy:

All cards are handmade to order. Please allow a short processing time before your order ships. Orders are shipped via standard USPS unless otherwise noted. Delivery times may vary based on location and postal service conditions. Once your package is shipped, tracking information (if available) will be provided. Heartfelt & Handmade by Mario is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds:

Because each card is handcrafted, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. I’ll gladly work with you to replace the item or offer a suitable solution. Custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as work has not begun. Custom orders cannot be canceled once design work has started.

Privacy Policy:

Your personal information is used only to process your order, communicate with you, and improve your experience. I never sell or share your information with third parties, except as required to complete your purchase (such as payment processors or shipping carriers). Any photos or messages shared for custom orders remain private and will never be used publicly without your permission.

Terms & Conditions:

By placing an order, you agree that all designs, images, and content from Heartfelt & Handmade by Mario are the creative property of the artist and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold. Handmade items may include slight variations — this uniqueness is part of their charm and is not considered a defect.
